Our warranty varies according to the nature of the product. batteries and chargers typically carry a 1-year warranty however other accessories such as lanyard, housing, or data cables only carry a 1-month warranty.

All our Products which carry our logo are adhered to THE AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS FOR ELECTRONIC SAFETY. They have obtained a C-tick symbol for quality assurance. The certificates are as follow:

• Q070063 Certificate of Approval for an electircal Article (under the Electrical Safety Act 2002)
